Tonight was another amazing session with an absolutely adorable 1 year old named Samantha! Even with the heat of 103, she was a real trooper and loved every minute of it. Such a sweet little angel she was. Thank you to her mommy and daddy for allowing me to come and spend a little time with her. Thank you to Tammy from A Creative Touch by Tammy, for designing such a cute little 1 year cake smashing outfit. I’m so happy to have met you and just LOVE your whole family! I feel so blessed to have met and taken pictures of all of your families

Wednesday, June 22nd, 2011Amador County Baby Photographer { Tempe turns 1!!}
Wednesday, June 15th, 2011All I can say is that it doesn’t get any cuter than this little girl! Tempe turns 1 on July 8th and today we had such an amazing time during her photo shoot. She is the most fun loving little dancing machine! She caught me off guard when she got up and ran off during our session, giggling and laughing. Most 11 month olds are not at all close to walking but not her! I was so happy that I got to work with her and her parents. This little family has so much style and I had to break out this amazing little outfit that my friend Tammy at A Creative Touch By Tammy made. It fit her personality perfectly. Thank you to the “S” family for spending your afternoon with me. It was truly a pleasure meeting you and I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did.

Tuesday, June 14th, 2011I loved this little girl! She was so fun and only cried 1 time at the very end. Her parents are friends with the owners of Vino Noceto winery in Plymouth and we were fortunate enough to be able to shoot on their grounds. She was so happy and we had so much fun laughing at her little faces and noises she made while eating her first cake! Thank you to the “D” family for spending your afternoon with me. I enjoyed meeting you all!
Folsom Baby Photographer {Caige 6 months}
Wednesday, April 13th, 2011I have been anticipating this session just as much as mom and dad. As parents, you go to great lengths to rearrange schedules, nap times and work times to capture the “perfect” family shot. After several weeks of amazing weather, I awoke to clouds and rain! Not knowing if we would be able to pull off what we had planned, we decided to test our luck and gamble that for a short time, it would stop raining just long enough to capture this adorable family. And guess what? We won this time! I was so happy to have met such an amazing, young, fun and VERY good looking family. They had some great ideas and were all so natural and comfortable in front of the camera. Even Caige at only 6 months old, in the freezing overcast weather, wearing sandals and a t-shirt, never made as much as a whimper. He was so happy and loved playing with the dirt, sticks, rocks and anything else he could get his hands on! This sweet little angel at one point started chattering his teeth and as cute as it was, we decided at this point to move it inside where he could show off some of his baby rolls! And you know me….I’m a sucker for blue eyed boys with chubby legs and belly rolls! Thank you to the “D” family for rockin’ our session this morning. I hope you enjoy your sneak peek and I can’t wait to do it again!
Amador County Children’s Photographer {Aiden 6 months}
Wednesday, April 6th, 2011Another beautiful sunny day for a beautiful little boy! Aiden arrived to our shoot this morning all decked out in his Giants attire smilin’ from ear to ear with his adorable little dimples! Of course, the minute we set him down to start shooting, he immediately became afraid of my big ol” camera! Pretty normal at this age, but he quickly became used to it and by the end, his mommy had him smiling BIG while she jumped out from behind me saying “Peek A Boo!” I would love to be a fly on the wall sometime at my own shoots to see some of the crazy sounds and things us moms are willing to do to get our kiddos to smile and look at the camera! Aiden was an angel and if anyone knows me well…those blue eyed babies just kill me! And he had dimples and chubby baby thighs so he stole my heart immediately! LOL. Thank you Sheri for coming down my way for a visit and for letting me play with your little man! Enjoy your sneak peek!
Amador County Baby Photographer {Mason and Sadie}
Thursday, March 31st, 2011This was my first shoot back from taking a few weeks off to enjoy “Spring Break”. Not much to enjoy with the rain we had during those weeks, but today the sun was shinning and these two precious angels were such a breath of fresh air! Mason and Sadie are cousins and just a few weeks apart. Today I wanted to try some fun “studio set ups” with a few different props and when these babies walked in, I was IN LOVE! Mason was such a smilin’ little man and has the most amazing blue eyes I have ever seen. And Sadie was such a doll and a girly girl and by the end of our session she had so much to say and was really “workin’” the camera! Even with the teething and the sleepless nights, these two were so much fun. Thank you to their mommies for being such troopers and hanging in there with me today. I hope all the hard work of shaking rattles and wiping drool off faces was worth it for you! Enjoy your sneak peek and your precious angels. This time goes by so fast!

Amador County Baby Photographer {Little Bridget}
Tuesday, March 8th, 2011This morning I had the opportunity to spend some time with a 6 week old darling little girl. Most of my “newborn” sessions are done in the first 10 days of life so it was a nice treat to have her smiling and looking right at me in amazement! Bridget wasn’t a fan of being undressed, moved and maneuvered around, but she managed to pose quite nicely for several shots! Her older brother was on hand as well so I had to snap a few of him and his beautiful blue eyes! And man….the lashes on this little kiddo are just to die for! Thank you Darci for coming to hang out this morning. I really enjoyed our visit and hope to snag your whole family again sometime soon! A big thank you to Megan for referring this wonderful family to me. I hope you like your sneak peek.
Who can resist those cute little dimply baby buns…….?
Amador County Newborn Photographer {Baby Blake}
Monday, January 10th, 2011Another amazing session with this adorable little baby boy Blake. He was so precious, mellow and pretty much slept our entire session. I loved working with him because he not only is he the cutest little boy, but he hardly made a fuss. I also love when the parents just sit back and let me work too. So thank you to the “H” family for letting spend the morning with your little man! Congrats and I hope that you like your sneak peek!
Amador County Newborn Photographer {Zoey}
Monday, January 10th, 2011Freezing cold, foggy and grey was the start to this morning, but as I walked into the “G” families house it was so cozy and warm from the burning fire. Smiling faces of Kaylee and Taylor greeting me and the wonderful smell of homemade quiche filled the air! Rod and Shauna (mom and dad) were so friendly, inviting and such mellow parents. I guess by the time you are on your fourth you better be! Their oldest Luke, is in the USMC serving his country and family proudly. Zoey is the newest addition to their family making the total 3 girls and 1 boy! I had to laugh when I showed Rod my boys and his response was “how did you do that?” I guess his destiny in life was to live amongst the girls! ha ha. Zoey was a happy and VERY awake little girl. It was a bit of a challenge for me since most of my posed newborn shots happen when babies are sound asleep. But she was such a doll and we still managed to get some beautiful shots of her and the family. Thank you for being so gracious and for allowing me to capture this moment in your life. Congrats on your daughter. You have a beautiful family and I would LOVE to come back as she grows and get a family shot with Luke there too!
Sacramento Children’s Photographer {Christian turns One!}
Monday, December 13th, 2010The first time I met Christian was when he was 7 weeks old! When I saw him today I couldn’t believe how big he looked. I mean, we all know that kids grow and change, but he literally looked like a little boy now! He was such a cutie and we had so much fun today up at Preston Castle! Thank you Amber, Christian and Steve for the amazing afternoon! Christian is truly a joy and such a beautiful little boy!
