Today was a beautiful morning, with a beautiful family, in a beautiful setting. Nestle amongst the El Dorado Hills, lives the “S” family in an amazing home with a fantastic view. When I arrived this morning, A.J. was racing around on his hot-wheels tricycle through the house, Mom was frantically trying to finish getting ready and their dog Max became my new best friend! We spent a little over an hour on their property and in their home trying to get that “perfect” family shot. Being a mom myself, I know how important that one image is and we go to great lengths to get it, however, we come to realize that the best laid out plans NEVER work according to plan! A.J. being a typical 3 year old, wanted nothing to do with the camera this morning so we pulled out all the stops. Bribery, chocolate, tales of dragons that lived in my camera….you name it, we did it! Even with all the “craziness”, as mom called it, I think we got some amazing shots of this adorable little family. Thank you all for welcoming me in your home and for hangin’ in there with me.
